our mission

Vanuatu is home to approximately 280,000 people, and Espiritu Santo remains home to many unreached “Kastom” villages that adhere to traditional animistic beliefs. In the summer of 2018, PMW partnered with local organizations and the government to make a difference in one of the least-reached regions of Vanuatu.

Our mission is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with these tribes while providing essential medical care through permanent facilities and outreach programs. Over the years, we have successfully established a mission hub. With the support of locals and dedicated volunteers, we built a clinic staffed by a full-time local nurse. In 2019, we expanded our efforts by constructing a birth center.

Since then, we have partnered with medical professionals from various countries to organize medical outreaches in both urban and rural areas lacking health facilities. In 2022, we began building a school, which officially opened in 2024. Looking ahead, we plan to build a dormitory for the children in 2025.

Our future vision includes establishing a rehabilitation center to support young adults struggling with drug and alcohol addiction, continuing our commitment to holistic care and transformation.
