Tank Staircases & Process Piping in Columbus, Ohio

We fabricated and installed stainless steel access staircases for six large process tanks at a national beverage manufacturer’s plant in Columbus, Ohio, and ran the sanitary stainless process piping to the tanks. Each staircase gives operators and maintenance crews safe access to the top of the tank, built to fit around the piping, valves and equipment.

Our scope included:

• Field measuring each tank and laying out the stairs and landings.
• Fabricating six staircases and handrails in stainless steel.
• Installing and anchoring the staircases in a working production area.
• Fabricating, TIG welding and installing the sanitary stainless process piping runs to the tanks.

Clean, food-grade stainless work, built to last in a wash-down environment.
