Chiller Installation in Nashville, Tennessee

We installed a new Mueller chiller for a food processing plant in Nashville, Tennessee. The unit was set by crane onto a new pad outside the building, and our crew piped it into the plant’s production line.

Our scope included:

• Coordinating the crane lift and setting the chiller on its pad.
• Fabricating and TIG welding sanitary stainless steel piping from the chiller to the process line.
• Installing tri-clamp valves, gauges and fittings at the chiller and at the production tank.
• Tie-in to the existing line and checks before startup.

Another food-grade job delivered clean, on schedule and ready to run.
